In January 2021, Carolynne helped organize and facilitate NAME's first-of-its-kind annual design forum series dedicated to interpretive exhibit planning and design in the museum industry. This event featured: Ellen Lupton from the Smithsonian Design Museum speaking about Effective Visual Communication, and Beth Redmond-Jones from the Monterey Bay Aquarium talking about Museum Accessibility Beyond ADA. In between sessions, Beth Tauke from the University of Buffalo led a discussion on Inclusive Exhibit Design.
